Office hours at Work are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. During these hours, a community manager is on hand to help you and your guests, and to answer any questions.

Yes, of course! We’re happy to have guests here for an hour, a day, or even longer.  Each membership comes with its own number of guest privileges - check the details of your membership to discover yours. 

All memberships are charged on a monthly basis on the first of the month. You can start your membership on any day of the month and we’ll pro-rate it. All additional costs (if any) will be charged to the subsequent month’s bill. For billing questions, contact us at sales@coworkatthemetro.com

Safety is a primary concern here at Cowork, and we strive to make sure that everyone feels 100% safe. We provide round-the-clock closed circuit video surveillance of the premises. At the same time, we ask you to keep an eye on your personal belongings (wallets, laptops, etc.) as we cannot be  responsible for lost or stolen items.
